​​​​​Michele Buer, Owner/Director 

Michele has been the Owner and Program Director of Endeavor Place, LLC since 2006. She has a passion for working with adolescents and a vision of assisting them in making positive changes in their lives. Michele’s philosophy is that treatment helps individuals learn skills to make positive choices in order to return to their homes and live a sober life; free from the use of mood altering substances of all kinds. As a Program Director, Michele focuses on the strengths of the clients with compassion, caring, and accountability.

Channa Suess, BS, LADC

Channa  is a 2013 graduate from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Chemical Dependency and Community Psychology.  Channa enjoys working with adolescents and utilizes personal characteristics of patience and understanding. Channa enjoys helping others to succeed at their goals and encourages hard work. Channa applies counseling techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based, Client Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.


Diane Notch, BES, LADC, LPN


Diane has been working in the field of Chemical Dependency for approximately 20 years. She has been working in Morrison and Todd counties, primarily with individuals involved in the legal system or Child Protective Services due to chemical abuse. She is holistic in her approach and implements skills and methods through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and is solution oriented. She has also worked as an LPN in the past and remains current on the requirements and continuing education for both licenses.


Dianne Gates, LADC (license in process of being renewed)

Dianne had been working the field of addiction since 1991. Since that time she has helped establish recovery programs in central and northern Minnesota in both residential and non-residential programs.   Adolescent males have been the primary populations she has experienced but has worked with adult male and female population and male veterans recently.  Dianne is holistic in her approach to individual and group therapies and implements skills and methods that best suit the need of the client through Client Centered, Strength Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
