Michele is the Owner and Director of Endeavor Place. She has a passion for working with adolescents. In 2006 she opened Endeavor Place with a vision of assisting adolescents in making positive changes in their lives.
Dianne Gates, LADC
Dianne is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor through Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. She has 19 years of experience working with adults and adolescents in the chemical dependency field. Dianne's philosophy is for residents to see the value in themselves and to set goals that would help them succeed and to live a clean and sober lifestyle without chemical use.
