About Us

Endeavor Place, LLC is licensed through DHS under the CRF Rule 2960 and holds a certificate specializing in Chemical Dependency Treatment.

Endeavor Place has developed a comprehensive treatment program specializing in helping adolescent males (14-19) who are struggling with substance abuse. Our strengths are in the small size (8 residents) and a strong therapeutic program.

This facility serves clients who meet the criteria for chemical abuse or dependency, who are ambulatory, and are not diagnosed with severe medical conditions. All prospective clients will be interviewed and assessed on an individual basis to determine whether this program can meet their needs.

The estimated length of stay at this facility will vary from client to client and is dependent on the client's success and suitable placement.

The facility's hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Endeavor Place serves clients from various counties throughout Minnesota. Referrals come from probation officers, county and tribal CCDTF coordinators/Rule 25 Assessors, Social Workers, Inpatient and Outpatient treatment programs, detention facilities, and voluntary or family placement.

Clients served by the Endeavor Place, LLC program are:

  • Client must be able to verbally communicate to staff.
  • Client must be able to enroll in school, working towards their GED or willing to work on post secondary education.
  • Client must be in grade level 8 or higher.
  • Client must meet the criteria for chemical abuse or dependency under the ASAM placement criteria.
  • Client must exhibit motivation to continue in the recovery process.
  • Endeavor Place, LLC will serve clients who have the following presenting problems: Anxiety, Anger, Grief/Loss issues, Impulsivity, Depression if maintained through medicine, ADD and ADHD, family conflicts, relapse prone, narcissism, legal issues, anti-social, ODD, OCD, Alcohol and/or Drug abuse/dependency.
Clients that we do not serve are:
  • Clients who poses a likelihood of physical harm to self or others.
  • Yielding a weapon, including knives, scissors, and scarves or anything with the intent to harm others.
  • Clients with severe mental retardation (as defined by the DSM IV).
  • Client who is a sexual predator.
  • Clients who are not ambulatory, and are diagnosed with severe medical conditions.
  • Clients who are diagnosed with Schizophrenia and other Psychotic disorders.
  • Endeavor Place, LLC will not accept referrals that have on-going medical problem that will detract from the referrals ability to participate fully in the program. Referrals are required to have a level of self-sufficiency.
